We took a while finding the right place to buy our 'once in a lifetime' bedroom sets. We settled on Penn Dutch and it was a great decision. Ben patiently worked with us for several months deciding style options and colors and when the sets were finally delivered, we were thrilled. It was a big investment, but Ben's patience, honesty, warmth, and good humor made it a pleasant experience. A shout out to Kyle who expertly worked miracles to deliver the pieces in our home.

High quality furniture and even better service! Ben and Elam made sure we were absolutely happy with our purchase. Bed and bookshelf made from very high quality hardwood and look great in any space. Highly recommend paying them a visit for your next furniture purchase. Much better than disposable glue and sawdust pieces from IKEA or big box stores.

Very expensive but super high quality!! Purchased my Work desk from Penn Dutch it was a custom order, took a little bit longer than it was supposed to but they delivered and installed it for me best desk I have ever owned! Craftsmanship is incredible! Would Purchased from them again

Since I cannot remove my 1 star complaining of fraud- The owners have notified me that they have been scammed and police reports made and they are receiving multiple phone call complaints from others who have also been scammed. I appreciate the latest info and only wish them the best as they are facing the fallout from this mess

Always a pleasure to shop here. Employees are knowledgeable, polite, and not the least bit pushy. Will take all the time u need to make sure your making the right choices. Go above and beyond no matter if your purchasing big or small ticket items. Furniture quality has never let us down. Deliveries on time and always top notch service. We drive 80 miles to shop here and no better place in my opinion.

Benjamin was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He discussed the various woods and pros and cons of different woods, styles, etc. It was difficult to choose because of the large selection and high quality of all their goods.

ABSOLUTELY TOP of the LINE furniture made in the USA. TREMENDOUS SELECTION!! Elizabeth was EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!! I was looking for a comfortable chair and found exactly what I wanted. The selection of woods for the gorgeous hand made tables is unbelievable!! Definitely worth the trip.

I used to buy only lazy boy furniture for quality, well that no longer is true. They no longer have the quality anymore. Found this store near my daughter's new home and took a chance. Was it expensive? Yes, but, I've had this furniture for over a year now and it still looks and feels like new. Best made furniture ever!

We were very pleased with our furniture, which was hand made to order by one of the Amish companies. Delivery was flawless, the they repaired minor wood imperfection like inside drawers and such. Typical wait time for furniture, although COVID added additional delay. A King bed with huge underside drawers, large chest, large dresser and mirror and two tall end tables ...over $5k, but it all depends on style, wood and other factors.
Penn Dutch Furniture is a fantastic company. We purchased a table from here about 4 or 5 weeks ago and it was just delivered today. Thank you to Ben who helped us select the correct stain and style. He was a pleasure to work with and was very very helpful! He was very patient with us and walked us through every step of the process. He also made sure we were happy with our selection! Two thumbs up!! And the delivery guys, Kyle and Dan who just delivered and assembled the table were great, accommodating and professional. I highly recommend this company and their products.
I have been shopping here for over 8 years and have purchased many wonderful heirloom quality furniture pieces. I keep returning to PennDutch because of the exceptional and remarkable customer service provided by Ben and the entire staff there. I cannot emphasize and express how impressed I am by Ben and his sincere customer engagement. I am a customer for life due to the quality, selection and depth of the merchandise assortment, but what really drives my customer loyalty is my interactions with Ben. We have purchased items for our entire house and most recently table sets for our kitchen and dining room. I would give 10 stars if it was an option! I also want to compliment and commend Kyle and the delivery team - the most friendly and helpful delivery people I have ever encountered.
We bought our kitchen table and chairs from a Lancaster based Amish company in 1992 when we bought our house. It still looks great. We haven't had any problems with it and I still love it! Thanks.
